Feeling dead! Had to wait an extra hour at the gym and what else to do but work out EVERYTHING ELSE???

Background
We had a 17 pound dumbbell ;P so I just picked it up when I was about 10 and did curls, pushups, and flyes. As time went on I got better equipment, a curling bar, a resistance band, about 110 pounds of weight, and finally got a gym membership at the age of 16.
It's a stress reliever mostly. helps me cope with my crazy teenage hormones ;) and of course i like the feeling of walking by a group of girls and knowing they're looking at me. Also, i believe that God gave me a this body and weightlifting and fitness is the best way to take care of it (along with diet)
