Hey dude man. yeah, you gotta love those auto-adders...but then again you are the most popular guy i've seen on bspace. I'm definately fighting for EVERYTHING i hope to earn and the gains have been ridiculous. Keep up the amazing things you are doing....i'm waiting in the shadows to follow in your footsteps

thank you. I had several close friends continue to tell me that I look so amazing as compared to back in the day and now they sorta come to me for advice and what not but I have to remind them they can't make short goals...its all about long term. So hows the PT stuff coming along? and btw thanks for the reminder..she's now my EXgf.. she left me for her former bf. (it was a great week)

that PT course you wanna finish/acomplish should be no problem for you since you've already been able to do soo much with your body. I hope all you're training and comp preps are going well

keep up the good work girl...if you're truly dedicated... you wont do cheat days...try a simple cheat MEAL. it will prevent the abdominal softness and you might reach your goals faster

yeah people usually see an initial gain weight that is all muscle and they dont give that muscle its time to burn the fat around in and they think its merely fat and just quit and thats just not the case.
