How I Started:
I took weight lifting classes in highschool and ended up being the strongest person in my actual class but I wasn't doing any cardio or eating well then so once I finished the class, all the muscle I gained lost its tone and I got much fatter. Reaching at scale tipping 285lbs in 2004. I took two years of and once I got to college in '06 i really started to hit itt hard and now i'm down to 185 and aiming for 155 by Feb of 09 so i can compete in a local toughman contest and to be able to say I am in the best shape in my life.
Why I Love It:
Because of the overall LIFTERS HIGH i get before, during and after a workout, its so intense it makes me want to workout 7days but i know i need rest so i sometimes fight the desire to better myself
How I Stay Motivated:
Being a personal trainer gives me the chance to study the human body and to know how it can be pushed and how it should perform and knowing that I'm still not all that I can be pushes me to out-do myself everyday.

I want to do the WVa Toughman but I think I'vve changed my mind, I have too many things to do with school and work so I've decided to just push for the body of an olympian

Monday - Full Body
Tuesday - PM Cardio
Wednesday - Upper or Lower Body
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Opposite of Wednesday
Saturday - AM Cardio and opposite of Friday
Sunday - Rest
I try to do cardio before and after each workout also but that depends on if the treadmills are taken up.

Thanks. My trainer said I'm still holdin my baby fat lol. That made me feel like i'm 14 again. He said everything will start to come off in a year or two once i'm fully "mature". Everyone has told me that so I guess I"ll just wait and see:)
