What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Give your workout 100%; Your nutrition 100% and give your body time to adjust to the changes; the results will come. Also take pictures as you may not notice the changes.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Did not address nutrition, so I did not see any results.
I have received a lot of questions in reference to Steve's plan and how it is working for me. Before I purchased his plan, I also followed the progress of others using his plan. What I realized this past week is that his plan is excellent, especially for those looking to lose fat and build...
Hey girl another week gone... how are you doing with your plan. Training hard and eating right I hope... I wanted to check in on a fellow Team Poynter...
thanks for your comment on my BodySpace!! Good luck on your journey as well! I was just reading your blogs and your attitude is AWESOME!! I will defintely be keeping track of your progress!
Good morning,
I was doing very well on Steve's plan until I started slacking "BIG" time. I've started again a couple of days ago and taking it one day at a time. Preparing meals ahead a time is such a life saver... I do that when I know I have an outing to go to and the food is not what I'm suppose to eat. Best wishes with your goals girl, you can do it!
I think I lost 3 lbs the first week of PFD. Glad you figured out the diet. My favorite PFD workout was weeks 5-6. I am struggling with life a bit this week...just started a new job on Thursday and having a hard time balancing life...but I'll get it figured out soon enough. Keep pushing, baby!
