eat like 6-7 meals a day consisting of 1.5 grams of protein per body pound and 2.0 carbs. Protein sources- egg whites, turkey, ground sirloin, steak, and chicken breast. Carbs- yams, baked potatoes, wheat bread, and oatmeal. Supplements- whey protein powder, creatine, multi-vitamin, bcaas, NO booster, l-glutamine, and casein protein right before bed.
