5 months is a fair amount of time to make up for your month off... especially with you're trainer busting your ass :) not much new on this side, fighting for a job after graduation which is killing my energy levels and gym time!!

Thanks for the advice about exams. I usually cut back on workouts near exam week due to feeling worn out/stress and just stick with some cardio, which helps me relax...

Sounds good man, keep bustin your ass and liftin heavy and you'll hit 175 in no time!! You already pt on 9 lbs. in less than two months??!

Its not the cardio, its the dominoes pizza and doritos that's killin me!!! make sure you eat clean when bulkinng, I was about your size, not quite as cut, about 4 years ago. Then I treid bulking up by basically eating garbage

I find lats pretty hard to grow, I've been trying to add width to mine for a couple months now. all progress goes to middle back...I'm going to try strait arm pulldowns and pullovers and see how they work out...

Thanks for the comment on the blog! I'm already doing about 300 cals cardio at each workout, (I hate watching the clock so use cals as my measure), Would keeping cals. about the same keep my muscles full,or even better growing? while cutting Bodyfat?

Thanks for the comment, how do you change your diet? wouldn't your wieghts go down because of the reduced cals?(ie- reduced enegy stores) I know I cut my cals way too low last year and that was part of the problem..

Oh, and for back I use an iso-row machine,go for about 4-5 sets of 6-8 reps its my bread and butter on back day, I do a little lighter on pull downs 8-12 reps, 3-4sets, and db bent rows are the same, maybe some drop sets...

Keep at it,man!!I know how that slippage feels, I slipped up for about two weeks, a few weeks back & I'm just starting to get back in the swing of things this week! Hope alls well with the Fam...and enjoy Daytona if I don't speak to ya before then!

thanks for the add. my workout routine is basically one part per day, 18-24 sets per part. I try to go heavy, without causing injury.
