I just got tired of the way I looked and the way people looked at(or rather didn't look at) me. So after dieting and losing fat... and muscle I decided to find myself a gym so I could try and get fit.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling it gives me after I work through a large set and then look back at the weight on the bars and I'm then like WOW I just did that. I love the new feeling thats been coming over my body, a sense of health and strength. I mean my body is the only thing I get one of so I should learn to take care of it right?
How I Stay Motivated:
I got a picture of me before when I weighed so much and I see how I used to look before I started losing size(no weight as its becoming muscle), I shudder when I see that picture and I never want to look like that again That and the fact that I feel really healthy, I like that feeling.

This is me in March of 06' weighing in at 275lbs. I found in the archives and decided to show you what I used to be (shudder).
Its a bad picture but you can see the start of an outline where my abs are. I actually have a pretty nice pack, but it is just taking a little longer then expected to reveil them.

Goal (Long):
I have always been a big guy now I want the big to be from my muscle's not from my rolls. I don't want to get all freaky mind you. But I would like to have a six pack on me not infront of me. I am trying to get prepared enough to try be on the beach nextt summer without my shirt on (and not be embarrassed).
