Overall Goal: Lack of motivation, how far away the gym is, & still feeling sick are the excuses I am currently using for not meeting my goals. So my goal is to get down to 270lbs. by the end of January.

Slowly losing weight, still drinking lots of water and have cut my soda intake into maybe 1 glass every other day!

How I Started:
I just got tired of the way I looked and the way I felt. So after dieting and losing fat... and muscle I decided to find myself a gym so I could try and get fit.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling it gives me after I work through a large set and then look back at the weight on the bars and I'm then like WOW I just did that. I love the new feeling thats been coming over my body, a sense of health and strength. I mean my body is the only thing I get one of so I should learn to take care of it right?
How I Stay Motivated:
I got a picture of me before when I weighed so much and I see how I used to look before I started losing size(no weight as its becoming muscle), I shudder when I see that picture and I never want to look like that again That and the fact that I feel really healthy, I like that feeling.

Really starting to see my body begin to thicken with muscle. My upper back and chest are starting to expand and my waist expanded a little(but that is probably from bloating due to this new stuff I'm taking.) Abs are really starting to get nicely detailed, though you still can't see them. Arms...
