How I Started:
I have always been in to sports that develop my legs like cycling, skateboarding (when I was younger), and wakeboarding. I decided it was time for the upper body to catch up.
Why I Love It:
I feel a lot better, have more energy, and it is rewarding to push yourself to new goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the progress that I'm making both in size (not enough) and strength.

I want to put on MASS in the Upper body, while revealing my midsection.
Goal (Long):
I'm tired of having the Ectomorph frame and I'm now willing to do something about it. My legs have always been very easy for me to develop, but I have stayed skinny framed on top. I want to develop my chest and lats to have a thicker V-shaped frame. I also want to lose the belly fat that is on my stomach to reveal my six pack for summer. I would like to increase my weight to around 190 and decrease to 10% bodyfat. By the end of summer I want to be able to bench two plates as part of my normal workout.
