Workout Program:
usually a 3-4 set 8 rep routine, will switch to 5X5 occasionally. I also reverse my week occasionally in the order of body parts, like 1 starting with arms, going to day 5 working chest.

i saw ur 6 month progress n am amazed...good job bro.Am startin a 6 month bulk this summer n i was wonderin if u culd send me ur workout, diet n suppliments.This wud be greatly appreciated by an upcomin bodybuilder.I am tryin to gain around 30 lbs like yu.thanks a lot bro
