How I Started:
I have always struggled with my weight and always will, I know that now and accepted that. Now that I have accepted this I dont let myself get discouraged. I miss a day then I miss a day, or I eat too much or whatever than so be it. I do like workingout it is the part of finding time and getting there (i dont drive at the moment. anyhow ive been as high as 230lbs plus and as low as 175lbs . my main goal is just to be healthy.
Why I Love It:
i love the feeling of having a good workout, seeing the results and having my body ache from that good workout. I feel very accomplished.
How I Stay Motivated:
wanting to look good, and getting healthier.

Jessycachanged Weight from 265 lbs. to 264.8 lbs., a 0.2 lb. loss in 5 days
well obvisouly i want to loose weight. i really want to look great for my bf when he gets home from Iraq next month, but its really not logical. but im going to get a good start. i want to be walking down the street with him and have everybody staring and people thinking how in the hell does that guy have that hot ass chick on his arm? lol. also I would like to model my body after I become hot, I wanna audition to me a playmate (mostly to see if I can cut it) but it would be awesome if I did make it!

What is it?
chronic mingranes, knee problems (currently doing physical therapy for) and right now battling a stomach bug.
How does fitness help you with your condition? What do you have to do differently in your program since you have this condition?
endorffins for one arent bad, i have to strengthen my muscles for my knees so mostly quads exercises including the home exercises that they have given me to do.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?

just like the title says! Lost another 2lbs and so that means a total of 5lbs gone so far! I have a ways to go but this is the first huge step. I wanna tell u all a goal of mine, I have a dream/goal to at least audition (see if i can even get in) for playboy.....maybe ill be a playmate?! ...
Okay now that I have enough money to start up the gym again. So here is my routine: 5 days a week cardio I did one day for 60min because I wanted more than two days off of cardio, when Im ready i will up the time though. the weight training is 15-12-10 and i put the time yoga class is available...
If you are wokring hard is what counts. Looks like you are having some great progress, keep your head up and keep hitting it hard you will get where you would like to be. I wish you the best of luck in reaching all your goals!

i'm doing great...holding a steady weight (which for me is tough, i can't seem to gain weight)! training is going well, i'm currently on a 3 on/1 off 2 on/1 off workout plan...it's working great!
start dieting today, so in about 3 weeks i'll post progress pics after i cut to below 10% bf...
