Overall Goal: I want to maintain my body fat percentage at 14%.
I want to complete my first mini triathlon on October 11th.Yet another goal!PTI intrance requirements: 40 Pushups,55 Sit-ups,5km run in 23.10 to 23.19,400m swim 11.20 to 11.29, 2.4km 10.36.

Goal (Long):
I want to maintain the the results I achieved at the end of my 12 week challenge in August. I want to however gain more lean muscle, build up my shoulders and tone up my lower body which seems to be taking a lot longer than the rest of my body. I would also want to tone (being rather frank)where my arse joins the back of my leg more I want more prounounced deltoids, and I want to tone the outer side of my upper thigh. I would ultimatley like to get my body to the stage where I could compete in some sort of body sculpting, but at the end of the day I just want to be continually challenged both mentally and physically, I want to constantly better myself and push my body to its limits :)I have a family reunion and I want my body to reflect how fit i feel i have already gained so much and I want to keep striving for more!
More goals
Bicep curl 40lbs, B/Press 50kg Thighs, 55cm.
I know with full dedication I can do this in the next 6 months
I will eat 6-7 balanced meals a day (1 every two to three hours).
I will wake up to exercise and do cardio first thing in the morning three to six times a week.
I will do 5 weight training sessions a week.
I will get 8 hours of sleep (7 minimum) every day.
I will drink 3 lts of water a day.

I want to LOSE 10 lb

I read that you did the 12 week challenge as well? Does it really work? Will I look like you when I'm done? Haha jus playing, but seriously, how on earth did you acheive a body like that?
