How I Started:
I had my son in September 2008 and I had been exercising before pregnancy with my friend Jamie who competes in Figure Competitions. I wasn't feeling great about myself, like I was before pregnancy. So now, it's back to business and I am more motivated this time than before!
Why I Love It:
It's such a great stress relief from everyday life! And I personally feel so much better afterwards. I might be beat like a dog, but I feel GREAT!
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking in the mirror! I got a mental image that I know I can acheive and until that's the reflection staring back at me I am going to keep on moving!

Oh...there's a few! Pink, Janet Jackson and Britney Spears when they are both in good shape, Jillian Michaels from Biggest Loser...I think that's enough lol! I have updated my goals and when I look at them myself on my profile, they aren't showing current. They are showing my goals from June still! But if I go into edit mode, they show correct. Is it just when I look from my page on my profile or is it wrong to everyone's view? The new goals...
I was reading your blog on grapefruit. I am dealing with the same dilemma here. Have you found any better way of eating grapefruit? I am not a big fan of it but like you I am going to follow as close to the T as possible. I guess I will do the throwing it in and drinking water like it is a bad tasting medicine method for now.
