How I Started:
When my boyfriend and I joined our local gym and he started bodybuilding I started with the weights too. I had spent years trying to change my body through cardio alone, and now I absolutely love lifting weights.
Why I Love It:
I just love that I feel stronger and fitter and each time I train. I love the way I feel after a great weight session or an intense cardio session.
How I Stay Motivated:
My boyfriend is my biggest and best motivator. He is into bodybuilding too, we both just love the lifestyle.

Happy New Year to everyone on Bodyspace! Best wishes for the new year... for some it is the time to kick start new years resolutions and others it is just another training day but either way best of luck for all your goals.
