I started in High school. I had first period off and nothing to do for hours between my mom dropping me off at school and class starting. So I decided to go to the gym near my school to kill some time. There was a women there and she was training hard. I was really inspired by her. And, I got hooked!
Why I Love It:
I love just standing anytime during the day and feeling all my muscles being tight.
How I Stay Motivated:
Changing it up. Changing my food and my workout using health magazines like Oxygen and websites like bodybuilding.
BB Accomplishments:
I have a great self-esteem about myself!
