Workout Program:
This is my workout for October


Day 1 biceps tubing - 15x3 curls triceps tubing - 10x3 bent over "curls"
10 bent over straight arm raises

shoulders tubing - 15x3 raises
abs legs on the ball crunches 15x3
on the ball side crunches 15x3 per side

Day 2 cardio hip-hop abs
Day 3 Legs Freehand Jump Squat 15x3
lunges 10x3
abs legs on the ball crunches 15x3
on the ball side crunches 15x3 per side
Day 4 biceps tubing - 15x3 curls
triceps tubing - 10x3 bent over "curls"
10 bent over straight arm raises

shoulders tubing - 15x3 raises
abs legs on the ball crunches 15x3
on the ball side crunches 15x3 per side
Day 5 cardio turb jams
Day 6 cardio hip-hop abs
Day 7 rest
