Complete makeover! Trying to cut my weight in half and get healthy and fit!
Goal (Long):
Through my life I have always been a yo-yo dieter focusing on crash diets not a healthy lifestyle. I am a twenty-five year old single college student and am ready to finally begin my life in the body that God meant for me to have! I only have one and I've decided to treat it like the temple that it was meant to be! I have lost almost 30 pounds in the past several months before joining BodySpace, but I still have around 130 pounds left to go to reach my personal goal. It seems a little daunting so I am determined to take it a week at a time until I reach my goal. By estimation of myself and my personal trainer, I hope to be at my goal weight of 140 by May 2010. Woo hoo!

I am coming back from being on vacation since tuesday, its been 4 days of eating junk, and I only worked out at the hotel 1 time.. I am actually scared to get on the scale, I think i'm going to go on clear liquids for 3 days to give myself a jumpstart

Ill have to try some of those evil lunges! Get most of my leg workout on the eliptical doing cardio 60 + minuets level 12 and I dont care to do any more leg work.
