I have always been an athlete in some shape or form throughout my life (soccer,dancing,cheerleading) until my senior year of high school. I knew there was something missing in my life and that's when I decided to join a gym. I started working out when I was 18 but it wasn't until recently that I decided to get more serious about it. I would like to build muscle & lose some fat and maybe one day be a fitness model. I would also LOVE to compete in the IronMan Triathlon when I'm done with school; that is my ultimate goal.

I can't say I would ever adjust to 5 am workouts. I either do small workouts after work. Or Wait till my off days and go in after a good nights rest and destroy the weight then. How's the progress?
