Certain parts of my body I wanted to improve on.. and also not to get fat lol. The gym also helps me relieve any stress.. I love it
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good..stay active.. I've suffered from an eating disorder and I wanted to overcome that in a more healthier way.. exercise and GOOD eating is key!
How I Stay Motivated:
My boyfriend is into staying fit/bodybuilding as well.. he is my big motivation!

Yes it is such a relief to be done! Two weeks of nothing.. it's already flying by despite the fact that I was snowed in for three days :) The food scale sounds like a really useful present. Think I'm getting an iPod touch and a snowboarding trip.. one IS exercise and the other I can use while exercising :) What are you doing over your vacation?

Hey Jes!! Yeah my Monday was pretty good! I had to work on some school assignments last night so no gym. YUCK! Gotta a test to take tonight( I take an on-line class)so I am going to just go do some cardio when I'm done with that & then hit the weights the rest of the week. YAH! :) Wow it sounds like you did have a late night!! Any Halloween plans?

Hey Jessica!! Thanks so much! I have been KILLING it the past couple days. I have had one of my guy friends to work out with so I have been able to go really heavy and I am sore!! Your AVI is smokin!! I see a line starting to develop!! That is what I want! Great progress!! How is everything else?
