How I Started:
I mostly started it for football. I was also a fat kid, so my parents got me a PT when i was younger. From what i can tell most fat kids are now weight lifters
Why I Love It:
it is relaxing to say the least. I feel better, I stand up straighter. Its a overall boost of confidence in many aspects.
How I Stay Motivated:
I haven't had a problem not being motivated. So i guess the answer is being me.
BB Accomplishments:
2nd in a state comp for power lifting before i hurt my back. And recently my first view of a 6 pack is coming along, belly and back.
