How I Started:
I am actually just starting. I recently moved back to Illinois because I was looking for a change in life.. and well seeing how my Mom transformed (AMYSUDS).. it inspired me. Although I do not aspire to be a body builder, I think its pretty cool and it made me want to get fit!
Why I Love It:
Im actually not fond of working out. It actually is kind of a pain in the ass. But, I love how I feel after I work out... so I guess thats why.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my Mom keeps me motivated.

Well first of all she is the mother of six children and is amazing at it... I just so happen to be her oldest daughter. But she has been such an inspiration through her nonstop motivation to be her best and dedication to her family as well as her fitness. I never dreamed that she would be doing this, but she is and she looks fantastic! (now she just needs to train me lol)

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?

I follow the program my Mom created for me.. but I pretty much stick to the basics. I do not write down everything I do persay, but I have a weekly schedule because it is the easiest way for me to do ...more

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
What keeps me going when I feel like I can't do it anymore, is seeing how far my Mom has come and knowing that it will all be worth it in the end.

My Mom. She has an amazing body, but still is very feminene. It amazing to see the difference when she flexes!

Yeah mp is a good job in the army. and if u want to get into civilian law someday like i did it helps. just remember this, the army wants you more than you want them, so dont settle for anything less than what u want.

Both those are excellent choices, be prepared tho they both require 4 and 5 year commitments becuz AIT training for them is a year or more after basic.

When're you heading to basic training? From my own experience, it's about 90% mental and 10% physical. Once you realize that the DSs are just reading off scripts and playing a part, its pretty easy really.
