How I Started:
I wanted to be fit and proud of my body. Any tips are welcome!
Why I Love It:
I love the rush that exercise gives you, that it makes stress disappear and that it gives you the ability to feel great inside and out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love exercising and being fit. I want to be fit and healthy while I'm still young and to reduce the risk of health conditions like hypertension.
My boyfriend is into weights as well and he is very supportive and encouraging of my efforts :)
Well the past few weeks my training has suffered due to uni + extra clients at work + abdominal pains. I've slowly figured out that the abdominal pains are due to every time I have milk or a protein shake... My body can't handle lactose!
so r u going to try to compete at all, or u aint into that? i think you've got heaps of potential and a good frame genetics-wise :) trust me, anyone can do it...

Oh **** that's bad :( feel so sorry for you, is soy protein an option? I've heard it tastes crap tho. Well I graduated from med sci yesterday and now I'm just waiting for gamsat results to see what I'll be doing next year.
yah i know what u mean, being at uni and training was awesome, coz i would just go inbetween or after classes. And yeah you wanna get home asap so theres only limited time. Im just working this year and hopefully starting uni again next year. But i signed up to a gym that is downstairs from my work so ill be going there 5 days a week :D with the weekends to relax, i even thought of competing this year but we'll see how we go :)
yeah, well i have a whole year off uni this year so i really wanna hammer the training and diet hard. It seems to me that you've stayed pretty disciplined though, ur look heaps leaner :) do u train often ?
hey thanks for addin back !! yeah im sitting gamsat tomorrow for the 3rd time and hopefully scoring an interview this time. I really cant wait to get into dent, i just finished my medsci and yeah i know how u feel about neuro, its fugly lol
