Lately I've been going to Greystone, my trainer took a job over there and it's about the same distance from Mtn Brook but the facility was designed to be a gym whereas Mtn Brook started out as a tennis and racketball facility so the layout is much more workout friendly at Greystone. How about your gym?

Thanks!! The show went really well, being on stage was the biggest rush of my life and I def want to compete again. The morning pre-judging was a bit stressful, when I got there I had to hit the ground running to prep for being on stage but the evening show was a lot of fun since the pressure was off and all of my friends were there :) I'm doing another show Sept 26 in ATL and I start my contest diet again in the morning, eggs whites and oatmeal, yum yum, lol

pretty good, there's not much I can do now since the contest is Saturday (it's like prepping for a marathon, you're not going to get faster the week before the race) so I'm just trying to get as lean looking as possible (low, low carb diet, water shedding) and practicing my posing routine :) I feel pretty good about it

Thanks!!! It's been the hardest thing ever but it's been a dream of mine (ever since I was little, I used to watch American Gladiators and wish I was one, haha)

Thanks!! It's been the hardest thing I've ever done and the weight lifting part was easy, it's the diet which makes up 80% of your outcome, I'm not going to lie, I love hot wings, cheese dip, and beer so eating cleaner was a hard obstacle but now I don't even think about it, I just do it :)
