Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
When you have a workout partner it constantly motivates you, the second you start dying they are there to keep you going.
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I love running...its the only cardio that really seems to work for me. I like to mix up my routine with intervals and differnt running drills.
What is your cardio exercise plan?
I try to do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day 4 days a week.
