How I Started:
I started working out in January 2006 after I called my wedding off and broke up with my fiance. I did it to boost my self confidence and to keep me from going back to him.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel confident and gives me energy. I also love the challenge of perfecting my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at pictures of myself. The most motivating are the pictures of me when I was bodybuilding before I got pregnant. I had not looked at them in a couple of years and it's amazing how much a baby and a few years of not working out can affect you!
BB Accomplishments:
Well I'm still fairly new at bodybuilding, but I guess my major accomplishment was learning so much in such a short amount of time. My next major accomplishment will be getting my pre-pregnancy body and eating habits back!

I want to lose 10 lbs, and go from 29% body fat to at least 22%. I need to get back my clean eating habits and consistently push myself to workout. The absolute latest deadline for this to happen is Christmas, but I would like to accomplish this by September.
