My workout program right now is a basic 3-day training split. I really like it because it helps me stay focused at the gym instead of randomly doing exercises. Eventually, the body adapts, so I'll switch up the training program again.
Day 1: Shoulders, Triceps, Chest

I suppose I should have answered your question too. WNBF Pro shows are all over the place. The Worlds are held at New York. I will see if I can get a 2010 list of events and post those for you.
The WNBF World Championships was just held this last weekend. The next shows are a couple of months out. I am planning for to be at next year's Master Championship and maybe the Worlds too. But for now I am deployed to the Desert!

Wow! You have really made some great consistent progress since the summer. Growing up in the Midwest myself, I know you are already standing out in the crowd in place where working out is rare among guys and women almost never do! You are building a foundation early in life that will last a lifetime. Keep it up, and keep on standing out!
