How I Started:
Only 6 years ago, I was in the greatest shape of my life. I had definition, strength, energy, & an overall sense of self satisfaction. Over the years, my motiviation to get in the gym and eat healthy faded, and my body has seen some unwanted changes. It's time to get the body back!
My goal is to dramatically reduce my body fat, build lean mass, and tone up!
Goal (Long):
* Body fat below 15%
* Definition first/ Mass second
* 3 Days of lifting
* 4 Days of cardio
* Consume Protein from sources such as chicken, fish, meat, & powder supplements
* Consume Carbohydrates from mostly whole grains & wheat
* Keep junk foods to weekends only
* Low sugar intake
What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
I will always say hi and acknowledge friends I see. Usually after a workout I will chat. I like meeting new people & learning from them, but when I'm at the gym, it's to work. Alright. It's time to kick it in gear. It has been a long vacation and now it's time to work. I'm posting new photos, but any progress that has resulted since November is purely coincidental. My weight has come down 10 pounds, but this is due to change in eating habbits.
Hey Jeremy, if you read in my blog about my diet and exercise plan you can see what I am doing now. Pretty much high protein/low to mod carbs and heavy weight!
