How I Started:
Only 6 years ago, I was in the greatest shape of my life. I had definition, strength, energy, & an overall sense of self satisfaction. Over the years, my motiviation to get in the gym and eat healthy faded, and my body has seen some unwanted changes. It's time to get the body back!

Alright.  It's time to kick it in gear.  It has been a long vacation and now it's time to work.  I'm posting new photos, but any progress that has resulted since November is purely coincidental.  My weight has come down 10 pounds, but this is due to change in eating habbits.

Hey Jeremy, if you read in my blog about my diet and exercise plan you can see what I am doing now. Pretty much high protein/low to mod carbs and heavy weight!
