Holla! Hello! Where are you? I hope you are kicking ass somewhere and sweating your balls off! I sure hope so... How are you doing? Feeling better, remember something about an injury a while back! Waiting for feedbacks now.
thanks for the votes of confidence! awww, i bet your son is still adorable and loves you unconditionally! glad to see you're working hard and seeing progress. good luck!
I've been tweaking it around the 2000 to 2400 daily range. I haven't really had any difficulty with controlling my weight. I closely monitor my caloric intake by the numbers. I've still got a ways to go, but I'm in total control; though I have lost some strength due to a lack of calories but I'll work on building muscle when I am at my target bodyfat percentage.
Woah hah sorry for the late reply I just checked today, well i started at 102 and got up to 120 and hit the plateau. But the gains are coming pretty good. I know it sounds like everyone else, but I am 100% dedicated to keeping the six pack and staying as lean as possible.so I just have to get around this plateau and get back to gaining. Hows your training going?
