How I Started:
I have lifted in the past, but I am recently back from the .......dead. I had put my self up to 250lbs, and I was 30.6% body fat in december. In june through just eating right, I had trimed my self down to 230lbs, then I started to lift again.
Why I Love It:
I want to be big... enough said..
How I Stay Motivated:
My son who is 23 months tried to put a bra on me..... That is enough motivation!

At 250LBS and 30% body fat I was in the worst shape of my life! At this point I changed my eating habbits alone started my long trek to a better body and better health!
Out of cutting phase, just added size, but I am down in weight.... I am at 192 today. Stomach is weak still, but it is the holidays and all!!!!
Hard work and dedicating my self to pushing cardio and intense Ab work outs! Going to dedicate my self to running atleast 4 times a week... I am likeing it now... and I can run 2 1/2 mi before I start to feel winded now!
I did 8 weeks of Heavy lifting, doing 3-5 sets of 6-12 reps each, now I am going to take 2 weeks solid of isolating my abs, no other body part, to help jump start the shed the unwanted portion of my stomach. After those two weeks I will be starting my high rep- low weight weight regiment to...
speaking of lifting. Ever since I started taking L-Glutamine and L-Arginine I have noticed that I am now able to tremendously exceed my old lifting limits. I think I am even looking a little bit bigger and stronger already.
Though I do feel a bit more hungry than normal...
