What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
When I first decided to lose weight I wanted to be "skinny". I didn't want to build muscle, I just wanted to keep the little muscle I had, and lose all my fat. Now after posting (and lurking)on this site, and seeing how good a woman can look with nice healthy muscles, I want to build MORE muscle as well. What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I mostly use the treadmill. Sometimes I try to switch it up & use the Elliptical, but I prefer the treadmill. WHen it gets warmer out I will be running outside. My sister ran the NYC Marathon for the first time, and I would love to run a race with her. Not so much a marathon, but maybe a 5 mile race.I mostly use the treadmill.
