I studied and competed in Shoyin Rye for 2 1/2 years than switched over to mma. I really enjoy the freestyle! I am a loyal disciple of Alex Wilkie (My sensei in the photo). Best of luck in your training.

Training is going well. I've been working on defense and strategy. Its all really starting to come together and flow for me.

I went to Pat's 07 and 08 Excalibur Shows they were excellent. Pat's shows are some of the best run I've seen and I've done Arnold and AC as well as the NJ/PA Circuit. I am VERY lucky to have Pat helping me. Hope the season doesn't have you too busy.
