My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
A combination of gym (lifting weights) and CrossFit...
A combination of gym (lifting weights) and CrossFit... I do Crossfit 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and I go to the gym from Monday to Fridays, so three days I workout twice during the day... Saturdays I do outdoor exercises (jumping or climbing rope and stuff like that), & rest on Sundays.

Eat healthy and you'll look healthy.
I don't follow an specific diet, I just know what to eat and what not to. Lot of Protein. Carbs early in the day (low on the night). Low sugar and the least fat as possible.
