I found my self eating out of control, I gained 10 extra pounds and 2 extra inches over a 6 month period. time to get serious again and get ready for the beach!
Why I Love It:
I like seeing results, whether it is measurable size, or just feeling lighter, or having the energy to play with my kids.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by surrounding myself with positive influences. My wife is a great source of motivation, just keeping up with her is a workout in itself.

My inspiration for this program came from my wife's workout at the local Curves. They have her doing a full body circuit training incorporating strength and cardio. Workout at one machine, then cardio, then move on to the next machine. My problem has always been getting up early enough...
You are on your way and although I don’t know what workout program you are following, my wife (bodyspace: judimax) and I received our transformations by following Body for Life. I lost 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat & she went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in just 12 weeks with BFL’s program I believe by committing to do what needs to be done, the results will be well worth the effort.
I wish you much success in achieving all of your fitness goals. Challenge yourself to be the best that you can be and you will be amazed at the results and the speed at which they can occur.
