Me too Jerry hard workouts, long cardio sessions and keeping the diet perect right now. 4 weeks to show time then I can cut back on the cardio and eat more to put on some muscle right now low carbs is tough but I will always eat very clean even after my 1st comp. I just have to get to about 5 to 6% bodyfat in the next 4 weeks, tough going.

Everythings going great! I changed my workout routine a little bit and it seems to be working good. Hows your workout coming? Chest and abs are looking very developed.
I am doing good Jerry. A little more than 4 weeks to go b4 my 1st show. I am excited but it is getting tougher to keep the energy high. Your abs are looking good how is the training going, gaining any weight yet?

Working hard to over come my shoulder injury... I think I'll go back to the doctor soon because it's been over a month and flat bench is still super painful... but I can do DB/BB OH Press, and light pushups.... it's frustrating. Hows your training going my fellow hairy chested brother?

Not bad bro, you have the best AVI on body space bro...IMO...haha, you couldn't get me in one of those, i wouldn't fit, my nickname wasn't the TRI-POD in high school for nothing. LOL
