Hey, it's been great, weights steadily increasing, I wake up at 185 dry and I'm usually 190 by the end of the day, so I'd say I average about 187.3 for my weight right now. I finally deadlifted 450.
How about you?
Training going very well. I'm rotating heavy days and Pump days for the next 3 months with the hope of adding some much needed size for the winter. if all goes well I'll reach my goal of 10 quality pounds of lean muscle mass in a year.

Yes, training is going pretty well. I got into an over training rut this summer. Too much cardio to shred up and ended up eating my muscle away too. So I'm back on track now. I'll have to give that supp a shot, I could use some more energy for the 5am workouts.
hey bro wat's up? how many alomonds u eat in a day? for flat chest wat type of work out i shud do? eating lots of bananas increase body fats and shud i avoid eating them? is there any vegetarian food which has good amount of protein that u recommend for body building?

things are steadily improving. my two boys and I have all had the flu recently, with my recovery still in process. Sucks. things were good up til then, so I'm certain they will be on track again soon!
