( well actually i got started because of the amount of respect you get when ur a body builder and alot of other reason but i just enjoy workout out i ****ing love it gets me feeln great.

i enjoy it and i do it for the ladies

( i just think of it as if u stop then ur never gonna get the results u want so dont give it up )

Goal (Long):
I just plan on losing about 50 pounds of body fat and then get myslef into a daily workout and to eat little as possible and to reduce my fat intake and get more protein in me. And just watch and see how much it pays off in the end i want to be a heavy lifter and maybe one day compete in the worlds strongest man competition.
