fitnessjewell Hi Jeremy! I noticed that your Fit Status update asked what has worked well for others with their own fitness, so here you go- During my weight training, I like to turn up the intensity by adding bits of cardio- cardio bursts- in between the sets. Instead of super setting w/ 2 strength training exercises, I perform 1 strength training + 1 cardio burst, back to back. My faves are burpees, mt climbers, lateral shuffles, jumping rope,high knees! funsize3 thank you. im curious to see my progress in a year's time. i'd like to have less bf and more muscle tone. to be honest what irks me is that my physique/stature is similar to an adolescent and can probably be achieved through anorexia lmfao. we'll see what the year brings :p Mar 2, 2012 8:15pm
