How I Started:
Seeing as many patients come through surgery that are overweight and such has made me hope to hell I can get out of the obesity range. Far too many of the people I see are obese and are paying for poor diet and lack of exercise. Granted genetics and age are also a factor, I want to eliminate what I am capable of eliminating to lessen my chances of heart disease.
