How I Started:
Seeing as many patients come through surgery that are overweight and such has made me hope to hell I can get out of the obesity range. Far too many of the people I see are obese and are paying for poor diet and lack of exercise. Granted genetics and age are also a factor, I want to eliminate what I am capable of eliminating to lessen my chances of heart disease.

Today I did a 10 minute warmup on the treadmill.   The heart rate monitor was at 119bpm when I finished.  Todays workout targeted the lats and the traps.  I felt pretty good after leaving the gym and I am hoping this doesn't catch up with me later in the day.  Most of the times I have gone...
