Having broken the 200lb mark on my way down the scale, I am now focused primarily on staying under 200, and working my way down to 180. I want to start exercising more and have a slightly less hardcore diet than I've been sticking to the last few months, while still eating smart.
Well, I completed Kris Gethin's 12-Week Challenge, and I must say, I am pleased with the results! I was extremely dedicated to my diet. I only had two little mess-ups, and one was on my birthday, so I didn't get too down on myself over it. "Whatever it takes." That's what Kris told...
Glad to hear that you are seeing such good results and especially that you are focused and determined to achieve your goals. Changing ones body shape is not an easy thing to do and you show great willpower. I wish you nothing but the best and look forward to watching your progress.
You are doing great my friend but if you really want to achieve your fitness goals possibly even in the next 12 weeks I recommend you look into the Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. It is not easy and you will need to challenge yourself but I believe the results will be well worth the effort. Let us know if you would like more info.
It is cool to see that you have the courage and guts to go through what you are doing. Never an easy thing. I wish you luck in meeting your goals. Now I need to find that consistancy that keeps hiding from me... haha!
Just goofing around on line and happend to Google my name...which i soon found out...is OUR name! I have never heard it before, until now that is, and I am just curious how your mother came about it! Strange request, I know, but I couldn't resist. Jeran Hastie, CA
Hey, what's happenin' man? I sent a couple of emails to the big wigs to let them know that I was really happy the way the interview turned out. I'm grateful for the work everyone put in on it. I'm sure my emails are just going to collect dust, so if you can pass along my sentiments to those that had a role in it, I'd appreciate it! That GQ cover cracked me up!
