lots of chicken breasts...like 6-8 per day plus a protein/homemade weightgainer (protein, milk, banana, oatmeal, peanut butter), plus a family dinner and other snacks like powerbars, oh and i have oatmeal with every meal. I gained 40 lbs in 4 months on that diet and i lost a little cuz i run a lot for rugby, but ill gain it back these coming months. i plan on being 200-210 by december.
