Started lifting to gain weight, when I started I weighed 140 lbs. Not good when you are 6-1. Got up to 215 with a 33 inch waist then hurt my shoulder and got lazy. I would like to get it back.

Just alot going on at work. ALOT of people are in trouble. THANKFULLY i was on vacation last week. looks like i will be working 7am - 4pm for the next 10 mornings or so doing frozen foods. I refuse to go back on 3rd shift. have a great weekend in case i dont get online
no doubt! i'm so happy the swim on the 1/2 ironman is only 400 meters longer, which means only a few more minutes in the water! phew!!! double bike and run distances i can handle =)
