Workout Program:
My current workout program as of September 2007 is as follows. Short, intense workouts are the focus for me right now, along with clean eating. This is just the beginning of my new training, so I will follow this for about a month and then adjust and add/subtract exercises as necessary. : )

Monday - Chest
- Flat DB Press (3 work sets 8-12 reps)
- Incline DB Press(3 work sets 8-12 reps)
- Flyes (2 work sets 8-12 reps)

Wednesday - Legs
- Walking Lunges (3 work sets - 20 reps per set)
- Squats (3 work sets 8-12 reps)
- Split Squats (3 work sets 8-12 reps)

Friday - Shoulders & Abs
- Military Press (3 work sets 8-12 reps)
- Side Lateral Raises (3 works sets 8-12 reps)
- Abs

Saturday - Back
- Deadlifts (3 work sets 8-12 reps)
- Pulldowns (wide grip) (3 work sets 8-12 reps)
- Rows (w/V-bar) (2-3 work sets 8-12 reps)
