How I Started:
I played sports and that is how i got started lifting weights. i started bodybuilding after i got out of high school, in 2001.
Why I Love It:
i love the fact that i have the power to transform my body. working out isnt easy, eating clean isnt easy either. i love going into the gym and challenging myself every day to go balls to the wall.
How I Stay Motivated:
it doesnt take much to keep me motivated. i love this sport with a passion.
