How I Started:
I was talking to a friend and they commented on how I used to be so much thinner, and prettier. From that day on I vowed to never hear that comment again!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of knowing I'm accomplishing something along with really being committed to something.
How I Stay Motivated:
Every month I have been able to see results, and this keeps my spirits high! Which makes it easier to want to keep going.
Wow! Somehow I forgot about my account on here! So sad! Anyways, things have changed a lot lately! I have switched gyms, and bought a house in the last month, oh yea...and I switched jobs:-) So far my working out schedule has stayed the same, and I have started toning more than anything because...
That's great!! I am doing good. Workouts are improving along with my knee. I think by the end of the month, I'll be right on track for my goal in July. What kind of pageant are u doing?
for breakfest i usually do a protein shake and an apple or banana maybe some oatmeal....then a snack a couple hours later usually celery with peanut butter or laughing cow cheese...lunch baked chicken or fish with a baked or sweet potato or brown rice...then another snack...usually carrots or almonds...dinner is some kind of veggie with baked chicken or fish...I will add a protein shake after I work out...I am still a little hungry at bedtime...
I am doing well! I've lost 30 lbs. Got 45 more to go. I am struggling at work today though. I am in Pittsburgh and I went to the Steelers Superbowl Parade today, my voice is not working so good now from all the yelling and stuff. It was fun though. How are things going for you out in WA?
