yoyoyo rico my man! ya i havent been on the computer much, when i get on bodyspace it's to copy and paste my link for people on youtube who want my bodyblog workout plan. my farewell talk is this sunday. then i have about a week and a half, and then i'm off to a training center for a couple months before hitting big NC!!! it's coming up fast. i'm trying to hangout with my gf and loved ones as much as i can before i go, time is counting down!

wow that's a ton of protein!!! haha i havent heard of anyone i know taking 1000 gms of protein a DAY?? well you have been feeding your muscles a lot and that explains the thickness you've got. I hope all goes well now that you've adjusted the protein. dont ever give up bodybuilding though! i know what it's like to adjust from supps and it;s 0 fun. take care bro

those pills are the building block of protein, taking them would suck all the protein etc out of the food you eat to help gain muscle mass, without the strain on organs. also, just curious, how much protein were you taking before they told you that your taking too much? i;ve heard that it's bad to take too much so just curious HOW MUCH you took

that sucks to hear about your kidney and those pills you have to take. i once had to take pills to deflate everything cause tendonitis was forming everywhere. so it deflated not only the tendons, but EVERYTHING! haha that was when i was a sophmore. little too young to be hard-core lifting. but if i was you, i'd ease off too much protein, eat healthy fruits and vegs and meat, and just take amino acid pills.---

Ha ha you need to get your motivation level up!! Have you looked at my blog? That bodybuilding plan I’ve been on my whole life and it always seems to be making progress (except the last 3 months…………..) anyway! Are you going to get on creatine to bulk up? Or stickin with supplement king pb&j? ha ha good to hear from you. let the sun keep shining.

hahaha i try to get as much sun as i can! it's still freezing up here, every city in idaho is starting to see grass EXCEPT for the neighborhood where i live (highest hill) so i cant wait for the sun to come back. how's the weather in NC? one of my best friends is there and havent heard from him in a while!

ha hey man, i dont have facebook, i get that asked all the time and im the ONLY person in this town that doesnt have it it seems. I use to have a myspace but deleted it cause too much drama and so im assuming it would be the same way with facebook. how has your lifting been going?

hey bro! ya weather here is INSANE but i've lived in it most my life so i'm kinda use to it. people from cali and everywhere come up here for college and it's soooo funny seeing them try to adjust to this weather haha hope your enjoying your weather as much as i am. keep it man, peace

haha i just continue training. right now i'm trying to bulk up cause my girlfriend is now going to the same college as me so i gotta impress my girl, but all girls care about is abs. so i cant bulk too much. so i dont really have a set "bulk" --- "stay lean" stage, just keep at it!

hey man! the holidays were awsome. along with everyone else, i slacked like crazy with my training haha but it was a good week-ish to take off and recover, repair, and get ready to hit the gym again. My training it going ok. progress slowing down but i'm ok with maintaining. how's your training going? how was your holidays?

well you are JACKED for only that age. you dont like like 13% bf. you look more like 7-8% so that's strange. according to your page your not on any supplements. are you thinking about taking some creatines?
