wanted to train for football senior year and my brother in law was a state wrestling champion and FORCED me to go with him at 6am every morning until he left my area and by then it was a HABIT to keep working out

Cameron, that was 5 grams Creatine not protein. Protein was in my diet and in my shakes. It was more of the creatine that caused problems. I have reduced my protein intake and eliminated creatine completely. I think im doing better, cause the urine flow has gotton better. I will probably just stick to whey, vitamins and glutamine and a t-booster and regular food. No more out of the way supps. Too old for all that junk..lol.
The pills I was taking were Nitroxy3 that had creatine in them. I use to take 3 pills in the am for the nitro. Plus I was taking creatine powder 1000 grams. Plus I was eating alot of protein and drinking shakes. So the combination of the 2 caused problems. So I quit the creatine and adjusted the protein. I will get rechecked in a month to see if there is any change. I will let you know. Nice hearing from you my brother.
Hey whats up Cameron? Looks like creatine wont work for me in 2 ways. I have genetic hbp and I have to take water pills and 2, its having an effect on my kidneys. I been taking them in my preworkout times. They said I have too much protein too. I know why for that. But anyway, I hope all is good. Hollar back at me and let me know how you are doing. The sun is shinning. Good the hear from you. I see you get on the weekends. Busy life. Creatine does not work with me, since I have hbp and on medication that make you pee water. So it defeats what Creatine can do for me. So I just have to get it from other sources. But I actually gained 7 lbs of I hope muscle. I leg pressed 810 lbs last Weds. So I am getting stronger. I hope. New routine, new vision, we will see. What do you think I should do for gain?

Good hearing from you. I hate winter too. Its been up and down here. Cold at night (teens) and warmer during the day. I went 2 weeks with no heat and it was like -2 to 22 degrees. Sun is alway good. You need to move to NC...lol. Spring is near hopefully soon. I dont know if I can bulk up. Im very dissapointed in my progress. I should be bigger or leaner. I trying a new routine to see if I will get some results. Then again I should not expect too much. So I will get over it.
