How I Started:
I wanted to stay fit and active while going to school, so I joined a gym to help me maintain my goal.
Why I Love It:
Working out gives me so much more energy throughout the day, and I feel like I can get so much more accomplished when I've done my daily workout. Working out also gives me more confidence about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I usually go to the gym with friends, and we help motivate each other by going together. The gym fee that I pay every month is also good motivation to work out and get my money's worth haha.

Goal (Long):
Throughout my life, I have never been really overweight. Over the last couple of years, however, I have gained a few extra pounds that I can't seem to lose and keep off. I have some trouble areas, my hips being one, that are hard to find good workouts for. One of my long-term goals is to tone up my body, especially my arms and my abs, and to lose about 10-15 pounds in all. I also hope to gain a better sense of self-confidence by the time I have reached my goals.
