My goal is to be fit enough next year to enter into the Ms. Fitness and Bikini Diva's contest in my home state.
Goal (Long):
I want to get my muscle mass up and my body fat % down. I want to do it all within a year. All of my life I have abused my body...to the point of almost death. I have found a new hope threw Jesus Christ and I want to honor him and myself. I have two beautiful little girls and want so desperately for there life to be different. I want to teach them how to be health women, and it all starts here first! I have many bad habits to break but I know that with God's help...I CAN DO ANYTHING!!

Other than the obvious benefits (appearance, health, etc.), how has bodybuilding and fitness improved your overall life?

You said you wanted to put on more weight. How much? Are you natural or taking sups? Yeah I used to have problems putting weight on. Once I turned 30 that all changed...lol
