My goal is to be fit enough next year to enter into the Ms. Fitness and Bikini Diva's contest in my home state.
Goal (Long):
I want to get my muscle mass up and my body fat % down. I want to do it all within a year.
All of my life I have abused my body...to the point of almost death. I have found a new hope threw Jesus Christ and I want to honor him and myself. I have two beautiful little girls and want so desperately for there life to be different. I want to teach them how to be health women, and it all starts here first! I have many bad habits to break but I know that with God's help...I CAN DO ANYTHING!!

its all good! Just don't be drinking while taking certain supplements. You can damage your organs. You look great anyways :)

You said you wanted to put on more weight. How much? Are you natural or taking sups? Yeah I used to have problems putting weight on. Once I turned 30 that all changed...lol
