I was in the Air Force for 4yrs which got me pretty fit, but since then I have been slacking.
Why I Love It:
I love both lifting and aerobics, I love getting a good sweat going and the adrenaline.

I have enjoyed working out for most of my life but my weight and fitness level have always flucuated. I want to see myself at the peak of what I can achieve, I've never done that. Once I start seeing result I get lazy and quit. Not this time!

Check out the forum area- Womens something-or other....I don't remember, but theres some threads in there with specific plans. ALSO on the female transformations page (yo0u can do a search for it) they list each woman's lifting plan and there are great printables to take to the gym with you!!! I love THEM!!!
