I want to transform my body - lose fat and gain muscle.
Goal (Long):
I have enjoyed working out for most of my life but my weight and fitness level have always flucuated. I want to see myself at the peak of what I can achieve, I've never done that. Once I start seeing result I get lazy and quit. Not this time!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 15 lb

ALSO on the female transformations page (yo0u can do a search for it) they list each woman's lifting plan and there are great printables to take to the gym with you!!! I love THEM!!!
