How I Started:
I've been active all my life and I love sports and horses. Volleyball is my favorite sport and I've played for 6 years. I have 4 horses and do Parelli, Team Penning, Sorting, Barrel Racing, I'm going to be taking Reining lessons soon,..just to name a few. I first started adding weights to my workouts when my mom purchased The Firm workout series and equipment. After just a few workouts I was hooked. I lost 21 lbs. and started to see muscle definition in places I thought I'd never have. I now love doing weight training and cardio together. Then in the spring of '06, I tore my PCL and Meniscus while riding my horse. I have yet to have surgery due to finances, but hope to get fixed this fall!! I slowly gained 20 pounds in one year not being able to do my "normal" intense workouts and was not too happy! I was so limited in what I could do..luckily I started getting real serious and did some physical therapy on my own and added pilates and some light weight lifting to strengthen the muscles in my leg. I now can do ALMOST everything I was able to do before my accident, but still have limitations. I can't wait to get my surgery!! I was able to lose all of my weight I gained thanks to the Sunrider Philosophy of Regeneration. I am now an Independent Business Owner with Sunrider and couldn't imagine my life without the Sunrider products! I could write a whole book about how Sunrider has changed my life and the lives of people around me! I am so grateful to be a part of the Sunrider opportunity! With health and fitness, there are no boundries.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling after a hard workout and the feeling of accomplishment when I look in the mirror and see a fitter me. Eating Sunrider and fresh,whole foods and workingout makes me feel great!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results in the mirror and feeling better keeps me motivated. Also hearing compliments are great too;)And of course my bikini hanging in the closet, knowing swimsuit season is around the corner!

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I follow the Sunrider Philosophy of Regeneration. I eat SR foods along with fresh, whole fruits and vegetables. I'm doing alright, thanks. I'm pretty tired too, need to catch up on my sleep also. My weekly schedule is crazy and I'm not doing a real good job of organizing my time, so I'm usually up pretty late, then sleep in a lot on the weekends. Works great but doesn't leave much time for fun on the weekend :).

Hi I think you should start outy in bikini. You do not have enough muscle for figure, but over time as you get stronger and make more gains you can move to figure. Have fun with it and I wish you much success:)
Thats very cool. Sep only a few months away but you already have a great body so im sure it wont be tough for you to get where you want to be. have a great one
