How I Started:
I just got started again in January 2009. I have worked out on and off and have been in much better shape than I am now. In 2001 let myself go back to old eating habits after my brother was killed in a car accident. It's time to get my body back!
Why I Love It:
I love it to help relieve stress, I like that way I feel and look when I am fit.

Oh yeah, the leg workouts take the most out of me. My day was good, so was my workout. Hopefully your elbow gets better soon. Take it easy with it.
