Hey man sorry for the late reply, I have been super busy with school. I loved the Triphase Training Program. My advice would be to make sure you write everything down so you can up the weight every week accordingly. Also make sure you are eating a lot because you will need the energy and get plenty of rest. You are probably already started your first few weeks of the program so I hope your doing most of that already. Goodluck and let me know how you liked it!

Excellent! I just started a new Triphase Training Routine made up by Derek Charlebois ( you can find it on the BB.com home page). Im really looking forward to completing it and seeing what the outcome is.

Hey boss, just started your Triphase training program today and I had a quick question. Im a bit hesitant to jump right into the heavy weights on my first set without any kind of warmup. Do you suggest I do a light warm up set first or have a quick jog on the treadmill. I just want to be super careful cause my shoulder already gives me some minor problems.

Thats great! Today is Leg day for me so I will be hitting the gym a little later on today. Then I might go out to a movie. ( Possibly Pirates of The Carribean) As for the rest of the weekend nothing much. probably play some volleyball outside and enjoy the sun. I hope you have a good weekend! Doing anything special?
